My name is Lavina Jones. I arrived in Avalon, on Catalina Island in 1988. I loved it here. I stayed! I have had the pleasure of working in the massage field since 1991. With over 3,000 hours of study I have learned different approaches to working with emotional and physical stress and strain. I love to be creative with my customized bodywork sessions.

Swedish Massage is a very gentle, relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.
I have had many massages. A lot very good, a few excellent, one VERY bad (and I posted about it on Yelp). This was the first massage I'd had in 8 months due to an injury sustained from a massage elsewhere. Let's just say I've been a little shy about massage. But, to my very pleseant suprise this place offers not only an incredible head to toe massage, but also incredible ambiance to go with it.

Pretty amazing experience with our couples massage. It was the most personal and educational massage ever. In areas where the therapist identified issues, they focused there to ensure we had the best experience. The hot stones and towels were the best I've ever received. They weren't too hot and they were applied in a very comforting manner. I 100% recommend this business to future visitors of Catalina Island!

This place was great! My husband and I got a couple's massage, and they made it a Deep Tissue Massage even though it wasn't on the couple's menu :) We also booked at the last minute, and they were still very accommodating. I don't remember the ladies' names, but they were both fantastic and we left very relaxed. The room itself had a really zen feel. Out of all the massage places on the island, this one is definitely the best value for your money. Would recommend and return!
