Also, cancelled appointments and never contacted me to inform me. I live 2 hours from this office. Extremely unprofessional, and never once did I see a Doctor. This place is a SHAM

Take your money!! Offered me a deal for 3 hair removal treatments at $250, then their hair removal machine broke after I had gotten my first treatment. Two months went by and I called back to ask for a refund for the remaining two treatments since I wanted to go elsewhere for my hair removal since it’s summer and it would defeat the purpose of getting it removed by waiting. The office manager told me that that special she gave me for the three treatments is over and if I don’t get the other two treatments I would owe her $25 because now the special is gone and it’s $275 per session….. SUCH
