Services
Hourglass Aesthetics offers neuromodulators as options for facial injections to relax lines between your eyes (the elevens), crows feet, and the forehead. Neurotoxins can even help with fine lines around your lower face and chin. Our injectors are experts at where to place neuromodulators in order to achieve the most relaxed, natural looking results.
Hourglass offers both the Restylane and the Juvederm family of products as well as Versa and other Hyaluronic Acid products as facial fillers for our patients. Dermal fillers can help soften lines between your nose and mouth, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, create fuller lips, and we can create volume in the cheek area all for a more youthful appearance.
Hourglass Classic Eyelash extensions are a wrap extension that provide better adhesion to your natural lash than many other extensions. Hourglass Classic Eyelashes are made of flexible extensions that provide increased longevity, resistance to twisting or tangling, lighter weight than most lash extensions, and offer improved curl retention.
Hourglass is offering a wonderful and all natural approach to fine, thinning hair for both men and women. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP Therapy) for hair loss is created by spinning the patient's own blood down in a centrifuge and separating the PRP component parts. This PRP is a little gold mine for rejuvenation of many things, including hair loss.
Hydration Therapy is a unique treatment that administers electrolyte-packed IV fluids directly into the bloodstream. The fluid may be enhanced with additives such as calcium, magnesium sulfate or a Vitamin B complex. It is a far more efficient method of absorption when compared to the traditional method of drinking liquids/electrolytes, which means that you will be on your way to feeling better in no time.

I would give this business less than one star if that was a possibility! During COVID we were told our membership we had paid for wouldn't be cancelled. Well it was!!! There are some of the rudest people I've ever talked to working in customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! Go to a dermatologist office where they do much of the same things at a better price and you are actually being treated by a Doctor! There are several such places in the Lexington area.

Jordyn is absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and knowledgeable in what she does that I was super comfortable with both services I had done with her and trusted her judgement in where and what I needed to look and feel my best. I am new to this med spa but not to the services I received but she has me sold! I won’t be going anywhere else for my injectables.

I worked with Jordyn. It was my first time on getting lip injections and I started out very anxious. She made the whole visit very comfortable. She was very caring, knowledgeable on the process, gave me the consultation that was right for me, and her "bedside manner" was off the charts. Thank you Jordyn for being so awesome. Hourglass is absolutely amazing! I go here for my monthly laser appointments and lip fillers! Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with such professional and sweet people. They take such good care of me! I always look forward to mine and Ambers conversations during our laser sessions. I have been wanting to get eye lash extensions for some time now. And I finally did it! I booked an appointment online, it was so easy to do. My stylist was Isabel and she did a great job. She made me feel very comfortable during the 2 hour process. All of the staff was kind and helpful, they answered all of my newcomer questions. The facility is modern and clean. I will definitely be back for more services.

The experience itself, was kind of painful, but I didn't really expect it to feel good. Beauty is pain type deal. They were done in about 45 minutes, which I thought was pretty quick. When I got home they started twisting and poking my top eyelid. Eventually as the week went by I picked/rubbed out the most painful ones and was able to enjoy the ones that I did have left (about 60%) because they really were very pretty. The staff members were nice, but I just don't even want to take the chance of going back and having them fixed because of how irritated my eyes were a few days ago. And

Went in to get a microderm and it was AMAZING!! The techniques that they use are amazing, everyone was so personable and sweet! Didnt feel rush and the girl who did my microderm was very easy and fun to talk to! Definitely considering getting my lashes done here because of how amazing everyone is!! Highly recommend(:
