Rockwall Trailer

Not good service and I don't even understand. Called for a quote and waited a week for a phone call back. Never happened so I call and they say they need to call back...still never did. The worst!

Went there yesterday late afternoon with the need of a horse trailer inspection, I never had to do this before so I just went there bc of good reviews. They were closing up and I only had this day left to get the inspection done! I can tell
you these people helped me a lot - even almost everyone left and they were about leave too - I told them my dilemma and they did the inspection for me!
I am so grateful for people like this and appreciate it so much! You will have my business for needed trailer maintenance and repairs in the future! Thank you again - you guys were awesome!

I drove into the DFW area pulling a 10’ cargo trailer. Somewhere between Mississippi and DFW my light hookup came undone and the interstate ate it up. I googled trailer sales and service and called them and without hesitation, i was told to bring by and they would get me fixed and and back in the road. I truly appreciate it!!

Robert is a great guy and knows what he is doing. My car has a small, 1.25", hitch. Most items are for 2". He has helped me by ordering a luggage carrier to fit it . Now he is modifying a scooter carrier to fit.

Our rental trailer had major axle problems as we were driving through Rockwall. Robert dropped everything to help us out so we wouldn't be stranded and could continue our trip to Tennessee. He knew how to fix the problem right away. It was clear he's very experienced. Very personable man and a Vietnam Veteran too.

Good service at an honest price. The same work they performed on my trailer Basspro wanted twice as much to do. AND I would have been on a three week waiting list. I highly recommend them!

Robert was able to figure out the issue with my boat trailer and repaired it at a fair price. He was also able to turn it around quickly. I will go back for future repairs.

Google shows him open at 6am and sure enough he was there. I was able to drop off my boat trailer axle. He was very up front and honest about what would happen. If your looking for someone to work on your trailer this is your place.
Edit: So his communication skills are something that needs improvement. He was supposed to try and rethread my axle bolt and was supposed to call me if he could or couldn't. I had to call him the next day. I was told his threader was not working he had to order a new one and I was due in that morning. I was ok understandable. Then I called the next day because I never

This place is a good place to waste your time drove an hour out of my way to have my boat measured for new Springs and equalizer. waited 2 weeks never to find one then told that he's going through divorce and that I should just be patient. two weeks with no phone call or news is unacceptable it's not how you run a business the best ways just to look out front and see how busy they actually are. Maybe they can sell trailers. I hope so, because they can't fix a tail light connection problem any better than a monkey can build a telescope. I should have known better.
