I went in with a broken tandem release handle,was not sure whether it would be fixed or replaced.The service team attended to me very promptly!They replaced the spring that was broken and the best part of it was that it was complimentary...I did not pay a dime!This was indeed an early Xmas gift to me and I left as a very happy customer.I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to them and of course I have my go to place for all my trailer repair needs going forward!Thank you so much Utility Trailers!!!

Worst Place Guys Do not trust there words. They gave me $1100 estimate on changing 4 seals 2 shock and ABS sensors Guess What Even After giving me a Estimate for $1100. They came up with bill of $2800 for the same stuff. After getting with them How it was $2800 they drop Down to $1983 but still there is $900 of difference.
When I talk to the manager and ask them can you show me the breakdown to the Labor $602 is Parts and Where all this Labor charges came from they didn’t have answer.
I personally recommend stay away from this place. They charge $170 to change 2 shocks if you have to cut both

Im VERY impressed with the service team. They went above and beyond to help me in a very bad situation and i cant thank them enough. What started out as a bad morning and a tree branch falling on my trailer, ended with a good day and a very happy customer. If you are in the Dallas area and need work done on your trailer, look no farther, these guys are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing.

This review is for the Service Department. I would like to thank Aaron, Ben, Selena and Miguel for their hard work in finding the short on my trailer. Miguel did a great job diagnosing the light issue i was having with my lights. I took my trailer to many other shops and they could not find the issue. This was not the case for Utility. They got me in and took really good care of me. Thank you guys!!!
