We have been blessed to serve more than 2500 children and their families in the Granville and Licking County communities. Our preschool offers large, sunny classrooms, an indoor multi-level climbing and play center, abundant outdoor play areas, and a talented, caring staff! Services
Sonshine Preschool is a weekday preschool located in Spring Hills Baptist Church. Our mission is to minister to families by providing children with a positive preschool learning experience in a loving, Christ-centered environment. The curriculum addresses the spiritual, academic, social, and physical needs of the children.
This is your child's first step on their educational journey, and we want to make sure it's successful and fun. This class will focus on helping children with social skills, communication skills and building friendships. Each day they will also be exposed to a Bible lesson, math, reading, writing and social studies at their level and specials like music, dancing, and fitness.
And each learning center is equipped with theme-related materials and supplies to create a diverse educational experience. Each classroom is equipped with a 70inch smart television to use for educational purposes. These areas are used when it's too cold or rainy to go outside. In addition to the climbing gym, we have lots of interesting and fun activities for indoor play such as tumbling mats, climbing tubes, balance beams, parachutes, and games.
When does registration begin? Registration for the next school year begins in February. We are always accepting applications throughout the year as long as there is availability. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis. 2. Parents will receive verbal confirmation of placement on the day they register.
The Lunch and Learning class runs from 11:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. Children in the morning class stay an extra hour and children in the afternoon class come an hour early. Cost for Lunch Bunch and Learning is $8 per session. If you want to register for Lunch and Learning, please mark below the day(s) you would like your child to attend.

My grandson has attended Sonshine Preschool for the past two years. I am a retired teacher with over 30 years experience in the classroom, and I can confidently say that my grandson could not have received a better preschool experience anywhere else. He has had excellent academic instruction, as well as appropriate Biblical instruction for his age. I have observed the teachers, instructional assistants, office staff and administrators to interact with the students, as they would their own children, with love and respect. The academics taught are age appropriate for 3, 4 and 5 year olds and presented

Great school and great teachers. My son has gone to Sonshine for 2 years now and I love the relationship he builds with the teachers and the new friends he has in the school. It's Christian base so I do appreciate the prayer time they have and the bible stories they read. I do recommend Sonshine preschool to anyone.
