Since 1988, Dr. Tom Georges has been passionate about helping the residents of El Paso and live healthy lives through safe and natural chiropractic care. We see patients of all ages, from infants to 90-year-olds and everyone in between. We realize everyone desires to live the best life they can, and will do everything possible to help make that happen.
What if everything we have learned from birth on how we are meant to be and stay healthy were simply not accurate? What if health was not an outside-in job (as traditional medicine views it) but in fact an inside-out job? What if the human body was actually meant to be a self healing, self regulating mechanism and always functioned perfectly given its environment and circumstances at any given moment in time?
I started as an intern with Dr. Georges in 2011 and was hired on as the back office assistant. I am now the Office Manager and will go above and beyond to answer our patient's concerns. I always welcome patients with a smile and will do my best to make you feel at home. I've grown so much as a person and have discovered personal strengths by simply interacting with our patient's and the mentor-ship of Dr. Georges.
Staff is friendly and helps to set you at ease in a new environment, which I feel is a big plus. Everyone is very friendly. I had seen Dr. Georges many years ago, and even though this practice seems bigger, his professional approach is still very apparent. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable: Starr, Samantha, Noemi, and Dr. Georges.

Never in my Life been to a Chiropractor was an experience for me. Mr. Tom is very patient explains well. The Staff is friendly, and I felt comfortable. Going on my 5th session for Neck Pain and already have good results. I should of been there many years ago, but meanwhile enjoying my visits because I can sleep & relax now!

Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Georges takes the necessary time to listen to his patients and explains his treatment plan in detail, specific to your needs. I was feel very welcomed at his clinic and my symptoms have improved with my visits. Wait time is minimal and Dr. Georges respects his patients’ time and needs.

I had visited Dr. George 2 years ago and returned because of some back pain. Very good doctor, but his receptionist Star has bad customer service skills. I remembered why I hadn't come back and wish I could continue seeing him, but Star will have to be the reason why I don't return. Prefer to have a pleasant experience beginning to end, but unfortunately it wasn't the doctor, it was his employee.

I haven’t met Dr. George yet, but I did experience the BEST massage!
All Veterans should DEFINITELY schedule to receive a massage with Noemi. From the years and physical toll the job does to the body, George’s chiropractic and wellness center is the best choice to recover.
The VA will cover chiropractic services get a referral to this clinic!!!!!
