With only one event per day and the services for all couples include: Full private use of the venue, complimentary getting ready suites, complete set up and break down of round dinner tables & white folding chairs, assorted votives and tea light candles for table decor, flatware, glassware & stemware.
In addition, to professional coordination throughout the planning process, day of coordination and a one hour rehearsal with wedding party the day before your wedding. It took me a while to write this review because MVI left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I got married there in April 2021, after dealing with pandemic-related delays. However, my negative experience predates COVID. The highlights:
- The initial coordinator I spoke to (Lexi) was wonderful, and a huge part of the reason I booked at MVI. She was let go shortly after I signed the contract. She clearly was very experienced, and a lot of the things she promised ended up not happening.
- They were supposed to offer an open house for couples once you'd signed the contract. The first one

Having my wedding at MVI was absolutely amazing! I chose it because of the way it can accommodate to any style. I wanted the woodsy/forest feel and it was perfect for that! Working closely with their vendors (catering + florist) was also great. The food was incredible, and I ended up using the in house florist for some of my personal floral items as well, and they turned out beautifully. Last but not least, working with the coordinator Alicia, made my life 10 times easier! She was there for anything I needed on the wedding day and broke everything down to make it less intimidating for me! 10/10

My daughter had her wedding at the Monte Verde Inn just recently and the venue was very beautiful. The food was good and the flowers and cake were lovely. My main complaint is with the wedding coordinators, Alicia and Baylee...Two weeks before the wedding, Alicia was very rude to my daughter and her finance about certain details that was needed before the wedding day. She mentioned many months back she would take care of these details but told them she would not take care of it and they had to do it. I wanted to do a follow up on my last review. My husband and I finally got married last month. We had the perfect day. It was a high of 72 and the venue looked amazing! The lawn has been extended from the side so it looks even bigger than before. On rehearsal day Alicia did a great job at making sure everyone know what their role was and put up with our families humor. As soon as I arrived at the rehearsal all my stress and worries went away. We fell in love with this venue, and were initially treated very well. Unfortunately, we had to cancel, due to unforeseen circumstances, and then it all changed! We cancelled, understanding that we would get our $5,000 deposit back if another couple booked our date. We reached out to Alicia and her response was that unless someone were to choose our original date, we were out of luck and should not expect any kind of refund. This venue is perfect in every way! I am a wedding photographer and I can only dream that every venue is this beautiful and has coordinator that is so easy to work with and organized. Lexie was fantastic from the moment I met her and she helped keep us on time and made the day so easy. The bridal suite and grooms quarters were beautiful and spacious with great lighting. Ceremony location was in the shade and just gorgeous! My husband and I just got married here last weekend and holy crap we are still glowing with how perfect the night went!! Monte Verde is an almost all inclusive venue that really takes all the stress away from the couple. We were engaged for a little over a year and we were constantly asked by family and friends "oh my god aren't you stressed out??.. Beautiful venue for a wedding. Everyone stayed cool under trees for the ceremony. Then it's a short walk to the reception area and cocktail hour. Dinner was delicious and service was prompt and nice. Lights in all the trees make for a beautiful setting once the sun goes down and the dance floor opens up. Beautiful setting and so convenient having everything all together.

Lovely. The whole place from staff to space is lovely. The limited bathroom/plumbing and the driveway may need a some attention but in a thats-really-expensive-and-people-still-need-to-get-paid kind of way. I don't see that changing. I loved the twinkle lights all above us and in the trees. I loved how the venue really streamlines all the planning. It's definitely worth a look for any other wedding or party. It's pretty isolated; so if you forget a charger or need something from your hotel, it's going to be a moment. What you really get from this venue is an AMAZING coordinator

The Monte Verde Inn was everything we wanted in a wedding venue plus we got the added bonus of Lexi, the amazing coordinator there! (You guys my hubs accidentally split my toe open during pictures before the ceremony and she got all the blood out of my dress in like 5 min. she is actually amazing hahah). She made sure the day ran smoothly and was super helpful leading up to the day. The venue is gorgeous - it's like a classy garden wedding in the forest with a ton of different spaces for photos. A lot of stuff is included with the price and those vendors are amazing as well!! Our wedding day

What a BEAUTIFUL venue!!! What a talented wedding coordinator Lexi is! Oh My Gosh! We were blown away with everything here at the Monte Verde Inn last Saturday, July 6, 2019! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. The venue is so charming and beautiful and romantic. It's easy to get to (just 10 miles from Auburn) off a very modern road. Our son's wedding had approximately 77 guests and there were 8 round tables that seated up to 10 per table on the grass area. The venue can hold a lot more than that. On October 20, 2018 the love of my life and I made promises to each other. Formally and in front of family and friends, after a 10 year wait! Since we had waited so long, there was a huge buildup of anticipation. We knew we had to put on an amazing event. We were married on July 8th 2018 and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, our sincere thanks to Lexi, Ali, and the super thoughtful staff!! The venue is breathtaking and picturesque - wildflowers, sprawling lawns, a small vineyard, and the gorgeous white inn all surrounded by acres of trees. We had an outdoor wedding and it was just lovely and felt very intimate.

Getting married at Monte Verde Inn (June 2018) was the best decision that we made! We began our journey by signing the contract with Tina; however, we mostly worked with Lexi because she soon took over as the coordinator. She was wonderful and the whole experience made wedding planning so much easier! Communication with Lexi was easy and she understood all of our wants/needs for the perfect wedding. We selected MVI for our wedding in April 2018 because it was all inclusive and we could not have been happier with our decision. We booked over a year in advance and actually had a different coordinator when we first booked and toured the venue. We were a little nervous when we got a notification that the prior coordinator had left and a new coordinator was going to be stepping in but Lexi and her team were absolutely amazing!

We had our wedding at the Monte Verde Inn on May 19th and it was amazing! Before choosing the Monte Verde we had gone through a bunch of different ideas. The cost of having a wedding planner and the hassle of it all was steering us towards just eloping, but then we found the Monte Verde and it seemed to have everything we needed for a better price than if we were to do it all ourselves. Once we chose it as the venue we were happy to see that was correct.

Very nice and pretty. I was here for a wedding. Of course I wore heals like most the woman, it's like all gravel when walking to the area you need to be, so I kinda of feel like there should be a walk way of some kind. And there were so many bees making it hard to enjoy the food. They did have heating lamps which I liked and were useful toward the end of the night.
