When storing your jewelry, it's best to keep each individual item in its own compartment or pouch to avoid pieces from scratching one another. Extreme hands-on activity can cause wear on jewelry items such as, golf, tennis, lifting weights, gardening, dishes, laundry, swimming in a pool or hot tub, etc.

The nicest people in town. She re-sized one of my precious wedding rings a few months ago. The work was excellent and it looked super when it came back ahead of schedule. I need to have 2 more re-sized and so happy they are able to help me out. Professional but also extremely personal touch here. You do not see that very often.

I asked about repairing my ring, I was told that they only repair jewelry sold at the store. They would reset my diamonds into another setting, or could sell me a necklace to match my ring. I worked at a jewelry store, and repairs was half of our business. I wouldn't consider Chapman's a jewelry store.

Emily is amazing! She is very polite, very caring, bubbly, and great to talk to!
Blaze, the Golden retriever, was very laid back and greeted me very nicely! Although I think I interrupted his nap, he held no resentment.
The atmosphere inside, even during slight renovations, is very very beautiful and comforting. I absolutely loved the layout and decor.
I highly recommend going through her for any of your jewelry needs! I definitely will consider her from here on out!

From her warm, bubbly personality (she knows no strangers!) to her knowledge on jewelry, she helped us choose the perfect rings for my husband and I wedding bands! As soon as I walked in I felt immediately welcome and at home. Emily is an incredibly warm, inviting, sincere person. She fixed my wedding set, resized it and polished them for an incredibly fair price. my… rings hold a very special place in my heart, and she took the utmost care of them. I couldnt be happier with what she did. I will be recommending her for sure!

I went here this afternoon just to get some advice on 14k stud earrings. I never asked her to purchase them just want to know what she could tell me about them. She was short and rude with me. I found her disrespectfull. I couldn't even get a word in with her repeating that she would not buy them in front of pest control man that was in there. If I could rate her lower then one star i would. I will not be returning there.

Chapman Jewelers is a beautiful shop to visit in Warsaw. The estate jewelry is stunning and Emily always has something new to display. It is a perfect place to find a gift for anyone in your life! She is knowledgeable and passionate about all things jewelry. She spent a fair bit of time helping me pick out the perfect anniversary ring- and I couldn't be happier with the ring I ended up purchasing. I will definitely be returning to Chapman Jewelers!
