Took my rings in for a rush sizing and I got them back in just a few hours. they did such a awesome job I trusted them with my mother's wedding rigs to repair and I got them back and I am so excited John did a amazing job at repairing and reconstructing them for me . I just wanted to say Thanks to John at Kings Jewelry in Plymouth. He is awesome. If you have heirloom jewelry that you would like to re-design or give new life to, he is the guy who can take your vision and turn it into reality. After loosing my husband 3 years ago, I wanted to be able to have a piece of jewelry to honor our love and family. John… took my diamond from my wedding set and re-set it. We added to it our birthstones and made a family ring. He listened to me and my ideas and together we created a beautiful ring that represents our family. Thank you John ❤️

The service was great my wife and I renewed our vows after 25 years and bought silver wedding bands they were a good buy. The Lady at the counter helped us plan a honeymoon by suggesting Mackinaw island SHE SAVED US MONEY BEING ON A LOW BUDGET and all rings were affordable and vacation well..... was it was awesome . If could, I would give them zero stars. The two gentlemen were trying to be helpful, but the lady was rude and condescending. I tried to return earrings that made me break out and she insinuated that I was trying to scam them. She would not give me my money back, but only gave me store credit. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I will not be returning. My husband will be calling them to get a credit issued back to our credit card.
