Childers Orthodontics are a well-oiled machine. We are proud to have long-term staff members with very little turnover. We are proud to be an Academy of Orthodontic Assistant Certified (AOAC) team certified practice. This designation is provided by a leading education and training program for the orthodontic profession. Extensive time, study, and testing are required to pass this program, and our practice has met the requirements for its team certification.
I am in this field to help change people's lives by providing them with a new smile. Because I enjoy this work, I feel truly blessed to be an orthodontist. I have found my profession to be a perfect blend of art and science. My daughter who is 8 was terrified to go to the orthodontist she had the misconception that they drill through your teeth to attach the braces lol Sherry at Dr Childers office was amazing she explained the process to her and involved her from the very beginning and actually spoke to her about her concerns she has her super excited to go see Dr Childers again I would highly recommend this office everyone was so nice

Our son had a retrognathic jaw (under developed) and tongue thrusting habit (which Dr. CHILDERS so expertly explained to me ...and I am a dental hygienist myself!) That is a breathing restriction contributor!
Other orthodontist wanted to do treatment that would NOT have been ideal or conducive for correction. This dental team was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this office and I am very picky especially since this is within the scope of my profession.

There are honestly too many reason my family and I highly recommend this place!! He is fabulous. Takes his time and explains every detail. Him and the staff make u feel like you are their only patient. The girls are just as wonderful!! He gives so much to his patients too!!! Childers orthodontics Rocks!!
