OK so I have spent the last year avoiding this place like the plague because of something somebody had said to me and I was like I'm never going here ever! However I would sir I went next door and realized that the items they had were not of the best quality and the prices were extremely Extremely high so I decided I would check out Patriot I do not regret that choice is that choice the pricing was far more reasonable for more common named camping companies and the His staff was so fantastic and so helpful I still feel like I overpaid a little bit on my camper but that's OK at least I finally got

JC said he would hold a camper for me until I got back in town from work then never spoke to me again, even though I emailed him multiple times. Sold Camper without a word, not to even tell me it was gone. Then the day after I bought one somewhere else texted me to see if I was still interested in a camper that he would be getting in.

We bought our new RV from Patriot back in the spring . First of all our salesman , Chuck , was awesome . He was very honest and upfront , and was with us through the whole process . Even after the sale , Chuck has stayed in contact with us . We had a few issues that needed addressed , and honestly that dragged out for some time , not very good communication with the service department . Then they hired a new service manager , Josh . Night and day difference !! Josh was absolutely awesome . He met me there on a Saturday , and personally went through the RV with me , noting all my issues and concerns

We purchased a brand new RV from Patriot back in April. The sales person was amazing. Took it out twice and discovered a couple of issues with it. We scheduled a service appointment to take care of the issues and dropped the RV off for service. Its been 2 months now and we've called countless times and are always told that service is busy and they will get back with us. We've yet to get a call back. JC reached out to us once saying he was going to find out and get back with us but we never heard anything from him either. Absolutely the worst service after the sale I've ever experienced. We bought a used toy hauler on Jan 30th from them. They were to replace a piece of wall paper and put up some trim on wall. So you couldn't tell there was ever a flaw there. Went to pick up toy hauler on March 13th went in trailer. All they had done was staple a piece of plastic trim to wall and it wasnt even level. Needless to say it's still there . . And still no word on when I can finally take ownership of a camper I've made 2 payment on..my advice to anyone looking for a camper would be to keep going about a half mile toward

Sales team is great! They have a great selection!! However, the financial side is crooked; 11K financed at 17.55 percent does not add 8K. When I raised questions about that, the money guy acted dismissive. Maybe it's the lending institution, maybe it is the money guy... Watch yourself and do not feel bad to just stand up and walk out, like I did.
