Highly recommend them. Their maintenance team is exceptional. First, I am not getting paid or incentives for this review. My wife and I had a small 5th wheel and every time we would go camping we would talk about what we wanted in a camper to make it perfect. We like our camper but it was a little small. I was checking all the camper sales for a used one that would meet our needs. I found it a Setzer's. The guy that works in parts named herb is the most rudest unprofessional man I have ever seen. I bought a hot water tank and it didn't fit so I took it back and herb would not try and help me find the right tank to fit my camper. I finally figured out on my own the model number. While I was waiting on the tank we look at portable tanks to drain the sewer on my camper. Told me not to touch them that they were in storage. Just keep trying to rush me out the door and I'm a paying customer. Very rude I will never shop there again or recommend shopping there again!

Had a great experience with purchase of our camper. Had a horrible experience with service department with my warranty work. It was minor issues that need addressed. The service guy didn't wanna hear I had a issue. He wanted to cut me short by saying have a nice holiday and the winterization fee was on them. Very dissatisfied with the way it was handled. I bought a $24,000 camper with a one year warranty. A lousy free winterization of $120.00 is nothing compared to my issues as a consumer.We are in the market to buy another new camper and won't be doing business with this company. As you don't

I recently had some warranty work done to my 5th wheel that was purchased when I lived in Georgia (and they don't sell my manufacturer). The work was performed under the Air Conditioning warranty which was set to expire in about a week. The service department got me in on time to have it evaluated. They ordered the new unit and replaced it. I even had to return in once more for an issue related to the A/C and they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend their service department.

Absolutely the rudest service department and ownership that I've run into in decades. Tried to get us to have them perform service on our 18 day old travel trailer for cash because they determined it wasn't under warranty (their own opinion) because we mistreated it. Eventually had to go around them to the manufacturer ourselves and get the parts which Forest River gladly shipped to us at no cost and not even just the broken part but the entire assembly right off the factory floor so it would get here faster. The warranty repair was never reported to the manufacturer by Setzer's. RIP OFF!!! Then

DO NOT GOTO SETZERS WORLD OF CAMPING!!
We went to Setzer looking for a newer pop up camper 6/17/2020. We were never helped outside so walked in and expressed our interest in one and got a card from Dennis and then left to go eat. Came back later that evening and again were not helped outside so we went inside and spoke to Dennis. He said they were waiting to hear from another customer about it and they should know something the next day 6/18/2020. We also spoke to a financial advisor who told us how financing worked and to go ahead and put a financing application in online which we did that night

Several years ago I stopped into Setzers to ask about having some custom work on a truck I had. Their reply was, "We are so covered up with existing customers we just aren't interested." I wasn't happy but I moved on.
Recently I purchased my first RV. I know nothing and am trying to learn as much as I can. Setzers is the closest RV dealer and somewhat convenient, so I stopped in today to pick up some supplies.
I got the same attitude I had years ago. Wes never asked if they could help me and when I went to pay the guy kept his nose buried in his computer screen for at least

Purchased my RV here. They were friendly a little less than informative for a first timer but still extremely helpful. I would recommend you shop/purchase here. Just be sure to be self informed (do your research) as to what you want/need and can afford. It's been 3 months & I haven't received my title/registration yet, but they said that's the BMW being slow + all the holidays this time of year (maybe another week to get it)
