If you don't know who to turn to for your IT service needs in the Bay area, there is no other I would chose than RELY On IT. I'm not one to be overly dramatic but this review might sound that way: I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown trying to integrate a new smart phone into my business. Richard at Rely On It pulled me back from the 'brink'.
I am a very small medical practice. As an aside, I specifically have a background in engineering ([previous career). I have always done my own computer and technical support, however, I hit a wall earlier this year with a new smart phone -- specifically getting a Droid to interface with Outlook, frigging nightmare.
