We had escalating issues with vandalism, threats of violence and stalking by our hoarder nieghbors. The lighting and cameras needed to be installed without delay. Michael Olson contacted me promptly as well as coming to my home to survey and give me a quote. The same day he sent me an itemized quote. He is professional, polite, and very patient. There were no hard sell tactis or pressure. He and his team arrived at my home on the appointed morning. They did the job well. We are so pleased and highley recommend JNE.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
We have attempted to contact Mike with no response as our system is not functioning at all. We have been told by the monitoring company that nothing is being monitored at all. We do not recommend as this is a waste of money and extremely poor customer service. Contacting our attorney for resolution.
