The sales rep, Ethan was a great and knowledgeable guy. He wasn’t pushy either. I’ve ran into enough of them to completely turn me off to any sales people. They tell you one thing and then the tech comes and has no clue what the sales person said. In this case it is a smaller company which probably works to their benefit in that regard. Corbin who was the installer was extremely polite to my family as I could not be at the house for the install. He finished quite a bit in a relatively short time. He explained how to operate the system well and I’m glad to finally have it installed especially

Very thorough and professional! Ethan came promptly and walked me through my security options. Corbin came on installation day and worked around my movers, stayed while I had to go to the home I was moving from to take care of things with the move, and was generally patient and understanding of the hectic nature of that day. Also walked me through the install and helped me to get a good working understanding of the features of the system. I recommend them highly!
