M2 Management serves and supports only Condominium and Homeowner Association communities. Our philosophy of professional community association management involves the process of planning, organizing, leading and educating association members in order to accomplish solutions for any issues that may arise.
We handle the day to day tasks so volunteer Board Members can focus on the important issues and projects. Review and interpret the governing documents with the Board and enforce regulations as directed. Review and process all exterior modification and design change requests and issue approval or denial letters to the homeowner.
We have been through several management companies over the years and M2 is simply the best. Their guidance and experience have greatly benefited our association and even saved us money on vendor contracts. M2 Management has been more responsive to our owners than all of our past management companies combined.

I think it’s so funny how this place claims they are a management company but yet had and have dozens of law suits. Can’t wait to get out of my community because of them. 🤢

Over priced an nothing in return. $300 a year for what??? Poor company and a joke of a management group. Ask why dues are so high and never a straight answer. Rules not enforced. Poor excuse of an HOA.

I contacted Len multiple times in respect to snow being piled up in front of my garage. I even sent him photos over a period of two days showing the snow had not been removed. He never responded. The company stays on top of collecting their fees. However, if you experience any issues on the property don’t look for them to resolve the issue.
Len did not immediately reply to my emails and calls. He replied two days later. The problem was not with the snow removal company not coming out and them not keeping up with the amount of snow accumulating. The issue I addressed in my emails, phone calls

M2 has been our management company for approximately five years and has done a fantastic job. Our HOA has a pool, clubhouse and five retention ponds. We have had challenges with both the pool and retention ponds over the past three to four years. They not only stepped up to the plate to assist us they hit it out of the ballpark. Our clubhouse can be rented. They handle scheduling the rentals, the contract and collection of monies and purchasing any supplies we need. We are only responsible for checking after the rental. They have taken a huge burden off of the Board. Their communication skills

Like others are saying they do nothing and are very useless. They collect their money and continuously send letters. Still even after being notified of other complaints nothing is ever done.. When you sell they charge you for a title search along with the title agency, they also charge you a rush fee for the title search. So if you sell your home except to pay M2 close to $150 for their worthless work. Just another way to collect more money from people. Stay away from any development that is managed by this company. I would give a a no star if I could also...

Called to address dead tree that’s falling down into surrounding area, was told they have no say in that problem. Said I have to take it up with board members, I said fine can you give me names and phone numbers they said no... total joke of management. But they will send you letter express mail if your trash can is visible for a day

Would love to give a 0 but unfortunately that is not an option, I have received a letter from the management about my trash can being visible from the street, so I keep it in my garage. Now I get another letter accusing me of not correcting the issue and yet another picture, unfortunately for them the picture is not my house!!! They don’t even check on these complaints before sending their stupid letters. They make you feel like a prisoner in your home.

We are so thankful for the M2 M office group. They have been very kind & easy to deal with for us. The maintainence portion for them has been outstanding and corrected any issues we might have had, which were low priority.
We are enjoying our location in Brunswick. Great area.Great people. Dogs.Kids & everyone gets along.
Our place has turned out beautiful. We are here to stay for a while.

They literally stole money from me...(Sunrise Cove) all the nice plants just happen to surround the president of our hoas condo. if i knew what i know now i would have never bought here... They tore out my ceiling took a week to fix it.. then told me they needed approval to have it painted......The a month later the "Pres" said hey did they ever paint your ceiling.... yeah it was painted at my cost....... Good Response your Customer Service skills are amazing... I did paint my own ceiling at my cost because you were so late.(about a Month) So don't give your song and dance about how "if you feel

If I could give a less then one star I absolutely would! We have has nothing but trouble with the Management of the condo since we moved in .It has been constant letters saying we are not following the rules but when we try to fix what they say is an issue we still get in trouble. We have also had our car towed multiple times from our parking spot that we had to pay for and they told us they we're supposed to tow our neighbors car not ours and would not reimburse us for the insane cost to get our car back. We got a new car recently and followed all the rules to transfer the parking sticker from
