An association is a not-for-profit corporation operating under the laws of the State of Ohio.

We service associations in Cuyahoga, Summit and Portage counties, and are always looking to expand. We are a full service management company with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Reserve Realty Management prides itself on managing simply and effectively. As a Portfolio Management Company we offer all aspects of management services, including a 24 hour emergency service line. We oversee day to day needs, as well as long-term financial and capital improvement planning. Some associations choose to partner with us for financial management only.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Just called to voice my concerns about my condo in Carriage Hill, how the plow comes every weekday at 2:30 AM and stays for an hour with loud beeping, over and over, when there is NO SNOW, and I was told she will "file my complaint" but there is nothing she can do, that they have a contract to follow. She said the Board will discuss it at their next meeting. If that isn't laughable, I don't know what is! Our HOA is $502 a month for no reason what-so-ever and the Board is useless. Can't wait to sell and never look back! What is the point of a "management

Another year and another HOA rate raise. No accountability. questionable business practices going on. Time to sell before they jack up the rates so high my condo won’t be worth a quarter. Any condo associate board out there that is contemplating hiring Reserve Realty should have their heads examined.

I’ve lived in the rolling hills condominiums for 3 years who is managed by reserve realty management.
Jonelle has been incredible at responding to any issues and concerns I’ve had and has always been a complete professional. The response time has always been within 24 hours, and if she didn’t have an answer for me, she was determined to find out (I.e. a fire code question for the attic). I’ve loved living in this association during my time here.

I have lived in The Gardens in Walden for 16 years and have had several management companies, but Reserve Realty has been the best. They are great to work with, especially Jonelle Dittrich. I have served on the board for several terms and am enjoying working with Reserve Realty.

I live in a Twinsburg condominium that has been managed by Reserve Realty Management since 1989. Everyone at their office has been caring, professional and responsive. If there is an issue, the concern is taken care of right away. I believe that the longevity our Association has maintained with Reserve Realty speaks for itself.

I have lived in my condominium for 13 years and Reserve Realty has been our management company the entire time. Each time I have called the office, everyone has been pleasant and willing to help. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Rudest people ever when you call the HOA to inquire about your home's lacking exterior. Wow. Walden is nice and all, but there's shoddy upkeep and the association tries to pin responsibility elsewhere. Why again is my HOA fee completely unreasonable when you can't mow the 2-foot-tall grass as scheduled?

Take a drive or a walk through Carriage Hill. It is a dump. The board of directors has gobbled up the properties to rent and therefore, the property is no better than Section 8 housing. Outdoor faucet spigots are non-functional, the property landscaping is merely cutting the lawn and edging, buildings smell from constant flooding due to renters not understanding or caring what they shouldn’t send down the pipes, and noise is terrible in these buildings with management doing nothing. Floors creak , buckle, and snap, but landlords don’t have to put down carpeting. Management is lazy, aloof, and
