Services
Once these forms have been submitted and are received by our office we will contact you to schedule the patient's first appointment. If you are breastfeeding an infant and are concerned about a lip or tongue tie please call us. It is the patient's responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. Our practice requires notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or earlier if possible.
Babies are born without the bacteria that causes caries- the disease that leads to cavities. They get it from spit that is passed from their caregiver's mouth to their own. Caregivers pass on these germs by sharing saliva- by sharing spoons, by testing foods before feeding it to babies, by cleaning off a pacifi er in their mouth instead of with water, and through other activities where saliva is shared.

Terrible experience with the nurse/receptionist! She was extremely rude and unwilling to be of any assistance. I had never had that experience with this office but the way the dentist handled it was very poor and unprofessional. The dentist wouldn’t even give me the common courtesy to speak with me directly regarding my child’s surgery. They lacked empathy and customer service. My child is 7 and this would’ve been her first surgery, they continuously pushed her surgery time back which was an issue because my daughter began to cry and complain of a headache due to not eating since the night

This place is very clean and kid-friendly but they are not accommodating. They take lunch from 1pm-2pm. My son had an appointment at 2pm. I attempted to enter the building at 2:06pm and found the door locked. The receptionist pretended to not see me and continued to laugh and joke with her coworkers. I will not be going back to this facility. I will drive my son to Jacksonville for dentist appointments.

This is the WORST pediatric dentist. Their staff is incredibly rude. Their office manager is awful and could care less. They apparently have an office policy that you can only reschedule three times in the entirety of your relationship there. No matter the reason or amount of time I’m advance. They don’t have the courtesy to call you and inform you they’ve dropped you. They send a letter to your former address. My children were seen a few months ago and we scheduled their next appointment. No one said anything during that time. They even just sent me documents in my email to fill out prior

I am so happy we found this dentist. My children have been with Tiny teeth for over two years now. If I could be a patient of Dr. Astrid I would. She is so sweet and straightforward. My children love her and do so well with her. She definitely has a gift with kiddos! Also she hires THE BEST staff. Both the hygienists that worked with my children yesterday were so kind! I just love this office!

I have had some good experience here. But, the dentist can be quite rude. When dealing with a child, while getting a tooth extracted, I'm sure she knew there would be some screaming and she yelled at the top of her lungs at my kid because she did scream. Also, they will dismiss you from their office if you cancel 2 appts. Having a busy schedule as I do, it didn't work out both times, and we were dismissed from their office a week later. Disappointed to say the least.

This was hands down the BEST dental service I could have ever used for my two year old. They took my concerns seriously, educated us (the parents) on the state of his teeth and gave us several options that we felt more comfortable with. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for my child. I highly recommend for anyone else’s child. Our child has a hard time dealing with new people and sitting still and they were BEYOND patient and understanding.

Love this dentist office! Our oldest was terrified of going to the dentist her first visit, but they have worked with her and she loves the staff and ladies there now! the office is super cute and very kid friendly, our daughter always points out the decor! They are awesome with regular cleanings and even dental work! (Our 7yo had a root canal done). Would definitely recommend Tiny Teeth!

I used to love this place. It was new, it was clean and had activity areas in waiting area for kids. I recently had a baby and had to be rushed to the hospital for an emergency csection. My oldest daughter just so happen to have an appointment at Tiny Teeth on this particular day so granted we needed to reschedule. Because we missed this appointment for the FIRST time ever, they denied us the option to reschedule and told me that my daughter will never be able to be seen by their office again. This place was absolutely amazing! My children were seen by dentists who had nothing but love and support for them. They are twins and they were very scared because they are 2 years old and the staff was very patient loving and kind. The architect or of the Room designs were perfect to accommodate children and very child oriented it. I love the staff and I would highly recommend this dentist for families with multiple children of all ages
