I've done a variety of dental work with Dr. Callaway and, she's the real deal. The Dr. has always been professional, compassionate and precise. Just stepping foot inside a dental office causes me to panic. When in the chair she goes with your flow. If you need time between steps in a procedure, then she allows for it with no complaint. She explains the process and, makes sure your as comfortable as you can be.

All I can say is " what a great team" a very special shout out for Dr. Zoe Rotella She was very determined to finish my case before she was to move. She was gentle with this old lady and so caring. Her and the assistants that got me through these procedures were great. I can't say enough about how I was taken care of. I'm in the middle of getting a root canal finished by Dr Chaney Never felt the one shot I got. Never felt any of the drilling. They are really good at giving the shots in a caring way. This practice is awesome. I began coming here about five years ago after my long-time dentist retired. I was very anxious about the change, but really had no need to be. The staff is friendly, compassionate and competent. I always leave this office feeling I made a good choice in my dental care. Dr. Couch has replaced two crowns for me and is managing my Envisalign braces. He listens and guides me to the best solution and outcome for my dental health. This is a great practice! I'm always welcomed with a smile and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at ease and welcome. I had a major procedure that I was very anxious about. Dr. Carter and everyone involved went out of their way to explain what was happening and what to expect. The procedure took longer than they expected, but the team didn't rush, even though it was after their normal hours.

I've been coming to this dental group for many years. A few years ago they moved to a new building on and it is gorgeous! Everyone here - from the front desk to the dentists are super nice! My hygienist, is the best. She is so happy and upbeat and does an amazing job. I've had really bad experiences with other dentists during my life but ever since I found this group - it's been smooth sailing. For those wondering they are taking extra Covid precautions to check patients before you can even check in.

Chaney, Couch & Associates is a fantastic dental office! I've been a patient for about two years, and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The doctors are highly skilled, and the dental hygienists are both extremely thorough and very kind.
At my appointment today, my hygienist even remembered that I had been applying for a healthcare job, which I mentioned our previous appointment 6 months ago. Despite me only telling her once 6 months ago, she remembered immediately upon seeing me and asked me about it. That level of personal patient interaction is extremely impressive and very appreciated

Had to have an extraction today... Dr. Couch did an awesome job! I especially liked Mike the Dental Assistant he was professional and polite and worked perfectly as a team with Dr. Couch to extract the tooth efficiently and painlessly. (best experience ever at a dentist office) the hygienist was also awesome too. Absolutely love the office super clean and neat!!! Can’t wait to bring the family in for our cleanings. Super highly recommend tell them Brian sent you :)

These guys are the worst dentists!! Chaney is old and can't see so he ALWAYS leaves decay behind. Couch does implants in a non-sterile environment. Implant placement needs to be done in a surgical room that is STERILE. Just like in a hospital before surgery. There are so many other dentists in Tallahassee where you are going to get better treatment and service. Plus, they are crooks. They cheat their business partners. Hence the Associates on their sign. That way when the Associate leaves for getting cheated they don't have to buy a new sign!!! Worst office in America!!!

Great place! Friendly staff, lovely office, the location was difficult to find on my first visit (GPS kept going past it) but once I found it, I knew it would be very easy to get to again. I was disappointed that my 3:45 appointment turned into a 4:15 appointment, but maybe that was my fault for going in on a busy Monday. I am usually very nervous going to the dentist, but everyone there was kind and they put me at ease. I wish the dentist had spent a little more time with me to answer my questions (it was my first visit) but again, it was a busy Monday. I would definitely recommend to a friend
