This place is awful. Maintenance will not fix issues. Everything is outdated and the hot water heater is ancient so it does not regulate temperature and comes out of the faucet boiling, not to mention the sulphur(rotten egg) smell of the hot water and the brown murky color (see picture of hot water(left) compared to cold water(right)). I've asked maintenance to fix this issue for a solid month and have gotten nowhere. Everytime I call the office, if I'm lucky for them to pick up the phone, I get the run around. My bathroom ceiling leaks/ pours on occasion (see picture below) and they won't fix

The experience was great until i moved out. I moved out of state back in October 2020 & today (April 2021) i received notice that i had a $60 charge in collections given to me by royal crest for a cleaning fee (drip pan cleaning?). I was NEVER contacted about this fee. Not by email, mail, nor by phone. All my mail was forwarded to my new address so i would have received it. My credit score is excellent and i like to keep it that way. After being compliant and always paying rent early they let a small charge sit in my account without notice and go to collections with a derogatory mark on my credit

Total waste of time and money. First, they took my deposit on day one. After two weeks of calling, trying to hear about of my status, I was told that Christina couldn't contact the property manager and continuously told that I should be hearing back soon. I did not. I went to the office only to be told that I must "qualify" for my deposit back. They were also "skeptical" because I lived out of state. I am an out-of-state university student..... Even after, my deposit (that they had already deposited) could not be given to me, I must wait 30 days. Again, total waste of time and money.

I called them like 3'xs. I spoke with Cresida first 2'xs then Becca 1'x. I clearly told both of them my income to keep from wasting my time and theirs. They BOTH said, "No Problem", then I get there for them to tell me that my income was short. Really! I don't drive and I am in Arcadia. Then they tell me that my 🐕 shots had to be within the last 2 months. Any IDIOT knows that dogs only get shots once a year and his aren't due until Nov. Waste of time to even visit this place.
