My first attempt at an appointment with Gloria did not happen. The email with the virtual meeting link was never sent, and there was no phone call to remedy the situation when the appointment time was scheduled to occur.
Second attempt at an appointment with Gloria was successful. There was follow up with my paperwork, but when I tried to call to schedule the next appointment two different times I never heard back from them.
I can’t really rate Gloria since the initial consult was very generic and preliminary.

Stay away from this office and Lori. My mom saw Lori a few times for anxiety during covid. When my mom had a few anxiety attacks and much need for a consultation she called Lori's office and left multiple messages asking for an appointment. She was forced to leave messages because the receptionist never answered. She was in so much need that one of those times she left a message crying asking for help and an appointment. During the darkest moments when my mom was actually brave enough to reach out for help, Lori ignored her pleads. My mom never got a call back. No one called her back to do a follow
