Services
Worstell Auction Co. provides three types of auction services; On Site, On Location and On Line Auctions. Worstell Auction Co. holds an On Site auction, open to the Public, Every Second Saturday of the Month. If you are in need of auction services for yourself or for your business Worstell Auction Co. is Expertly Staffed and Fully Equipped to handle any of your auction needs.
Due to the volume of merchandise that we offer for auction we do not provide a detailed catalog of items. When available we post a general listing of some of the merchandise we will have at our auction. Please stop by our facility the Friday before the auction between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to preview of all of the merchandise in the auction.
Gary has conducted over 3000 auctions since the incorporation of Worstell Auction Company in 1994. He is a third generation auctioneer, graduated from Fort Smith Auction School in 1974, and completed his appraisal certification from Missouri Auction School. Gary has prepared and apprenticed over 10 Auctioneers, and several more auction staff which has led to many additions to the Texas Auction Industry.
These are the terms of our sale. All Bidders and others attending this auction, agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. All purchasers are required to have a bidder's number to bid. Purchasers must present identification and give their correct name, address, and phone number as well, to obtain a bidder's number.

I waited 5 hours for the item that I was really looking forward to buying. I was prepared to bid up to $600. I opened the bid at 150. and continued to hold my bidding card up the entire time and nod my head yes and say " YES!", the caller then yelled 200 and then 250 as I continued to nod and say yes with my card held up and he said "SOLD" $200. to other bidder totally ignoring me. Clearly preferential treatment to the other bidder. Reeks of an "inside bid" or "regular buyer favorism". I tried to speak with the owner about it and he escorted me to check out and refused to listen to me. He was extremely

After buying a pallet of laptops that were said to contain power supplies, I opened at home and found none. Several messages were left with no response. Finally the rude pos answered and claimed he had recording ...but I couldn't hear it. These were purchased for a very poor high school computer class which I told him but he stuck to his lie
