Part of the way through (short sales take a long time) I had a life-event situation, and she helped me to navigate around it all.

Alicia is fantastic! We went with her for our refinance because she was able to quote us a rate over the phone quickly and without needing my social for the first call. Alicia kept constant communication throughout the entire process and worked extremely hard to ensure our loan went through in a timely manner. She was available late at night and over text when needed. Highly recommend working with this company and we look forward to using them for our next housing purchase.

Alicia was PHENOMENAL to work with on the financing for a shore property! She was extremely responsive, very personable and available at any time we needed her. Alicia and Joel were both amazing to work with. They were always incredibly responsive and always willing to chat through any questions at all. There ended up being a few delays on closing (seller side issues) and the team was right there with us to help and keep things moving smoothly.
