I spent almost $100 on this order. Maybe your business didn't fulfill the order correctly. You may have change the flower but when it's not even close to what is pictured and the flowers are not in good shape this is unacceptable. I just think you all took the order and filled it with a cheap order of $30. Bad business. Stay away from them.

My father passed away and I promised my dad I’d always make sure she gets things from him in heaven. Rae’s Flower Shop really made their 53rd anniversary very special for my mom. My mom always sees blue birds at home and says my dad with her or he came to check on her and Rae’s went above and beyond and found a blue bird to put in her flowers. I can’t express how thankful I am to Rae’s for what they did and how touched my mom was got it.

I called Rae's at approximately half an hour before they closed trying to get a small arrangement delivered due to a family member's death. Sheena was awesome, she was patient, dealt with my crying, and was just all around awesome. She took the ideas I had and came up with a beautiful creation which she said would be delivered today for the celebration of life. I cannot tell you how truly thankful I am for this shop and for Sheena. Y'all are fantastic, and if I ever need flowers or plants delivered to family in Lexington, I will make sure to use Rae's!

Can't deliver Valentine's day flowers on Valentines...pretty bad.
Delivery guy asked my wife when the business closed, she told him she would be there until 6:30. He told her they wouldn't be able to deliver until the day AFTER Valentine's. Piss poor service. Take your order, but can't provide what they promise. Completely done with them.
