Wish I read some of the reviews before I entered this shop. Very disappointed with every aspect of my visit here. I came in to buy a floral arrangement for someone just diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. I showed the man the colors I wanted and picked out a Peace Lily for him to garnish with flowers. The Peace Lily went from $30 to $35 in only a few minutes, yes the size you get at Lowes for $4. He added 3 pink flowers and wanted to charge me $55. He then suggested daisies and other very low cost unappealing flowers. Since you can not see the assortment (if any) of fresh cut flowers I just said add

I hate I even had to leave 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I ordered a bouquet for my mother for mother's day and the bouquet looked like a 6 yr old threw it together. The bouquet was very skimpy and the greenery used was very wilted. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo. I do NOT recommend this establishment. Years ago this flower shop was highly rated but now it seems they are way past their prime. Do NOT waste your money or time on a bouquet. I suppose they would be ok with 1 flower. They seem to have trouble with multiple flowers in 1 vase.

I must say I am extremely disappointed in the quality we received for my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day. I completely understand when flowers must be changed around a bit due to what is in stock but you should not even have pictures on your Website if you can’t even come close to duplicating that design. As if the flowers weren’t disappointment enough they did not even deliver the balloon and stuffed animal I purchased. Although after calling this morning they are delivering those two things it still doesn’t change that I won’t purchase through here again. If I can figure out how to put

VERY disappointed in the flowers you delivered my mother in law for mother's day. I really wish I could post a picture of what I ordered and what you sent. I realize substitutes are sometimes necessary but what you delivered to her is NOTHING like what I bought. I could have picked those weeds myself and saved a BUNCH of money. I'll NEVER order from you again. You should refund my money or send her what I ordered!
