Services
Founded as a small-town department store in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada, Silverts gained a strong following by focusing on customer service and quality. Soon that one store was not enough, and by the 1960s, Silverts had expanded into a chain of stores across southwestern Ontario. The company realized that as people aged, their need for service increased.

I was on hold for 7 hours and 38 minutes today waiting to speak to somebody in person you are supposed to close at 7 PM Eastern standard time and the lines were not cleared because I was on hold past 7 PM I've been inquiring for this for quite a while I have sent emails I have left voicemail I've left voicemail with priority I have filled out the forms online and I have waited on hold for almost a full day's worth of work I would like a refund for this and I would also like a refund for the cost of the 2 rush deliveries for this one and the other 1 that we ordered just a few days earlier than this

This is the worst place ever to deal with wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered $200 of items got my credit card statement charged over $300, no updates on status of order, called many times left voice mails with no response those were to woodney. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen . Definitely will never deal with this company again. Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else.

Made adaptive clothing order for my husband who has ALS. Next day discovered I made an error ordering L vs. XL. Order was not shipped yet as I made on Christmas, so I emailed on the 26th of Dec asking to correct. I then chatted with customer service and they responded they can't as its already packed. It costs a lot to ship it back from Canada to the US. Customer service said they could not help. Very disappointed. We have been long time clients.

Terrible customer service and return process. I placed an order for several items in August, I had one item which did not fit and returned it. I had to go to the post office, pay for the return and get a tracking number-per their instructions. I did eveything they asked to the letter-they never contacted me to confirm receipt of the item. I had to follow up-since August asking about my refund-well it is now November and just now they finally processed "a refund" -which was no refund. They gave me some mumbo jumbo explanation and I have no credit on my card. I basically have no merchandise, and

Customer service was FANTASTIC. We went to find clothing for an individual with Alzheimer's. The situation was explained and the rep took us through all of their offerings. From nightgowns to pants to wheelchair clothing-they had all that was needed to make a caregivers life just that much easier. I recommend you at least visit.

I have purchased multiple shoes online for my mother from Silverts. My issue is that Silvert's sizing is completely non-standard and impossible to work with remotely. My mother has size 10 (women's) feet. Since she was struggling to get into her size 10 skechers (especially with swollen feet, and or thick facility socks on) i ordered size 11 women's shoes from Silverts (10180, 10370). They were enormous; with a length large enough for my foot (mens 12!). So I ordered them in size 10. Also enormous. At least 1 inch clearance in the shoe for her.
