I live in Fort Worth Tx and the winter weather has been the worst these past few days. My heating system stopped working last night and I called Stellar Air this morning but they were not able to send a tech out with the horrible driving conditions we are having . I was, however , able to speak with Arturo Littfack over the phone to troubleshoot the system and I am so thankful he was able to talk me thru fixing it . We have heat again! Arturo was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit helping access the problem quickly. I hope he will be able to physically help next time we need it

I contacted Stellar Air and I have to say this is the best company ever. Arturo is very professional, great information on the work he was about to perform, he answered all my questions, offered me options.
