Being a licensed Massage Therapist for twenty years has taught me how to identify and treat a great many conditions. I have a very well rounded skill set and most enjoy myoskeletal massage. Services
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress. It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

I came to the Berkshires to decompress from spending a strenuous year teaching virtually; seating endless hours on the computer--taking no vacation because of COVID. My body needed badly a therapeutic and healing massage. After much search I decided to see JoAnna--(my first time), and all I can say is that she is AMAZING; she has angelic hands that send healing energy with each stroke. She listened and attended each area of my body that needed alignment and mending; I left with a sense of tranquility, balanced and renewed.
