The shop was not opened & i ran the doorbell over & over & drove there for nothing when the hours on the door say otherwise. terrible business practice. do better

I went to glow nails based off a recommendation from a friend. I'm not from Elizabeth so it took me a bit to realize where it was located so keep that in mind when using gps. They have their own parking lot and you have to be buzzed in order to enter. You don't need to call to make an appointment, instead you use an app known as booksy which is easy to use. Due to the pandemic, upon arrival you're temperature is immediately taken with a contactless thermometer. The decor is nice and it's meticulous. There are TVs in the salon just in case you don't want stay on your phone

I am completely disgusted by the mismanagement of this nail salon, I called a couple of days ago for an appointment to so my toes & nails, the woman who answered the phone informed me that I had to book my appointment from Booksy, I downloaded the app, created an account, unloaded my credit card information, and booked an appointment for today, I immediately received a email confirmation. The day before my appointment I received another email confirmed the appointment, so the day of my appointment which I was looking forward too, I got up early, heading all the way to New Jersey, paid tolls

Going and wasn't much interaction. I gave it 3 stars because the girl Genny who did my nails
Made my cuticles hurt. As she was using a machine heavily around the base of my cuticles. I kept saying ouch, she changed the tip of the machinery she was using but it still caused pain unfortunately. By the time it was time to paint my nails my left hand middle cuticle was bleeding. 3 days later it still hurts and also bled today.

Erica was excellent. She was very professional and made me feel as if we've known each other for years. It was my first time there and she was very friendly and accommodating. She was timely and we even got to start early. She was very careful with my cuticles and took her time creating the perfect nail shape. She did a great job protecting the integrity of my nails which leads to great nail health! When I'm in New Jersey I know where I will be going from now on! And the shop is super cute! So happy I found this spot to do my dipping powder manis!

I love this place, the vibe was chill and tranquil.
The service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of having Lina do my nails. She's very sweet and attentive.
I brought my 4 year old daughter and she took her time with her too. Lovely place lovely experience!

Amazing service! From the minute I walked in, the staff was very friendly and willing to make my experience perfect. Failen was my technician and she made my crusty jiu jitsu hands look like princess hands. The best part is that they don't kill you for the price either. Super ready for my event this Saturday!!!

This place is horrible.. My daughter and I went to get our nails done and they did a horrible job.. Our polish came completely off the next day.. Their nail polish is cheap whether its gel or not it shouldn't come off due to being at the beach..

I would give this place NO stars if I could. I made an appointment for my mom to get a full set and pedicure for her birthday. I called to make an appointment and called back to CONFIRM the appointment and whoever answered said she was all set. I get there and they say no appointment is made. So naturally my mother is upset because we had planned our day around this appointment. The secretary tells us do we want to wait "a little bit" but the next time slot wasnt for 2 and a half hours. I dont care if their nail service is good if the customer service is poor.

I love my nails! I'm kind of new to the area and have been going far to get my nails done, but when my nail lady was not available, I decided to try Glow Nails out. Best decision ever! I will be going back.

I used to go to this other place for a few months now ( I was always into doing my own manicure) and tried overlay with gel nail polish. After trying overlay I was a fan because it lasts so much longer. I became disappointed with the place because they kept hurting my fingers and cutting me while taking the nail polish out. I was looking for a place close by that uses disposable tools , has parking , talented workers and great customer service. Glow bar has all of those attributes and the decor is so CUTE.

They accepted me as a last minute appointment but I would advise making an appointment ahead of time because the place is small and they take their time with you. My gel mani pedi came out so good ( Maria did my nails)

OMG! THIS IS MY NEW GO TO PLACE!! My mom and I loved this place. They are so accommodating and professional. They are very clean and so nice. They were so attentive ever since I stepped in till I left. They are truly amazing. My pedicure was so relaxing and they even had hot stones. My manicure was amazing and they even use hand scrub and a hot towel. All instruments look very clean and the place is beautiful. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. I can definitely recommend this to everyone i know. AMAZING!

Nothing to do with the attention of these people, much less with the way of acting on their work, none of the procedures as they are supposed to be done, they had an appointment at a certain time and on arrival I had to wait, one of the girls asking the other how to do things, nothing nothing to see for such a beautiful facade they have, they leave… it to one waiting to answer the tel and I have no problem with that but literally leaving the client thrown by other things nothing to do, super expensive is that neither in Ny it pays so much for some nails unless it really is a 5 star place

First time going & fell in love! They do good work, gentle as ever, & they are SUPER clean. I am very picky with where I get my pedicures but this is definitely my go-to-place now! The chinos have nothing on them!
