I contacted Gator Clean to clean our dryer vent. Daniele was professional and set the appointment for the next day. She and Kelly arrived on time, very conscientious of our home. Cleaned our dryer vent and cleaned up behind themselves! Quick and efficient. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I spoke to Danielle about coming to clean my AC ducts and she was an absolute delight to work with. She was informative and honest. The scheduling happened immediately and they arrived in the next couple of days. The service was thorough and professional. They cleaned everything perfectly and even cleaned up after themselves. I called Gator Clean and immediately got and appointment scheduled. Danielle and Kelly showed up on time, where very professionals, friendly, easy to talk to, knew what they were doing, answered all my questions, did an amazing job! I first contacted them to serviced my dryer vent and I was so pleased that I ask them to do my air ducts and carpets too. They did an amazing job. I will definitely use their service again.

Very disappointed...but I guess it was our floors. Unfortunately I wish that could have been determined prior to paying 4,600 dollars to have 3000 sq. ft. Of travertine cleaned. Our floors needed cleaning and a shine brought back. The crew of 2 came and finished in a little over 4 hours...wow..over 1,000 dollars an hour...They cleaned the floors and then applied an enhancer. The enhancer then caused a stickiness and a haze, as it would not absorb correctly. They were called and they came back 5 days later and were here a couple of hours to thin out and remove the excess enhancer. Was advised

We recommend you DO NOT USE gator clean. First off, you need to know they don't move furniture! Luckily we had thought ahead and moved all furniture out. Danielle arrived 1-1/2 hours late. She never intended to use the steam system that I had intended her to use. It was the special sale they were offering in their "bait and switch" advertisement. She had planned to use the new (more expensive) system to clean our carpets. I showed her the 3 carpeted rooms (2 are small) and since we don't have a carpeted hall, I asked her to clean the small hall-like area of a 4th room. She said

Based on our experience I recommend you do NOT use Gator Clean to clean your carpets. I was told By Danielle that it is normal for the carpets to be dirty after Gator Clean charged $364 for 2 rooms.
and 1 large area rug and 4 small area rugs. I was quoted $139 for two
rooms including the stain guard. I was not home so they charged my husband extra for the stain guard. I was told I needed to vacuum them 3 or 4 times before they would be clean. Gator Clean was in the house less than 40 minutes and my carpets and rugs were dirty when the left. I am NOT happy.

Chris and his crew from Gator Clean run a slick operation and I would highly recommend them.
There's not a lot of carpet cleaners who can also handle a wide range of other things like tile, mattresses, dryer vents and air ducts, but they can here and do a fine job at it at a very affordable price.
They put a special emphasis on "healthy" cleaning, using non-toxic chemicals, which coming from someone with Asthma (me), that's especially helpful. So after they're done, no nasty chemical odor lingering in the air...just a fresh, clean carpet.
