Services
Your initial appointment time will take about one hour and adjusted based on your Design Associate to provide you the best possible service. Please indicate a day of the week and a time that works for you. Appointments are best during the work week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Bay Stone has so many different tiles to choose from for the same prices, if not better, than other stores. Our awesome experience was even better by Ken who assisted us. He is honest and will give you his opinion on what would look nice and even help you pick out pieces that look beautiful together.
Quartz stone is engineered from the hardest minerals on earth. Quartz is arguably the most durable option for a kitchen counter-top, island or bathroom vanity. They come in a wide variety of colors, like earthy browns, blacks and creams, some with sparkles and veining for the look of granite or marble.
Natural stone includes several types of stones like granite, quartzite, limestone, soapstone, onyx and marble. When you add a natural stone to showcase your kitchen island or to complement a bathroom vanities, they will increase the value of your home. Because natural stone is unique to its location in the world and are one-of-a-kind, finding the right color, the right pattern and the right texture is a personal choice.
Granite is mainly igneous rock and formed by the crystallization of molten magma and undergoes huge amounts of heat and pressure over time. Favored above many other choices for countertops, natural stones are valued for their resistance to acids and hardness. They are a porous stone and can be stained or damaged if not sealed before use.

This is my second remodeling project and Bay Stone has been my "go to" place for tiles and counter top. They have a great selection of tiles and counter tops. The team, especially Ken, know their products well and they help you match different aspects to bring together a master piece.
With our current project, we ran into an issue wherein a former employee placed an order for the wrong tiles. We opened the box a month after it was delivered and we realized that it was the wrong tile. We went back to Bay Stone and Heidi managed to get us the correct tiles and we were able to return

Customer service is terrible. All Cici wants is a credit card without giving me a quote and when she did it was only on material., while I asked for labor as well. Then she told me she wasn’t involved in the labor part and told me to email Ken. Well Ken was the sales person who I made initial contact with last year and he told me when ready for the project to email him. I have done so over 6 times in the past three months and he never responds. I gave two stars instead of one only in hopes there are professional employees there.

Got some leaks in both my bathrooms and at short notice had to jump into complete bathroom remodel projects. I usually take my time in making the selections and researching and reviewing the feedback on yelp etc. Through my research I found Adriana from Bay Stone and she is a hidden gem! She is super sweet, super helpful and more importantly extremely talented. We have under gone 3 bathroom renovations and a fireplace renovation in the past 5 years and I can tell every time we did we got our tiles etc from bay stone. Fantastic prices and great selection.
We are now under going a kitchen renovation and got the counter top slab and tiles from bay stone.
We have always worked with Angel and I highly recommend working with him if you can. He went out of his way to find the tile I was looking for which was a grey frosted glass tile for the backsplash. He makes his customers feel like they are important and gives us excellent attention. Thank you Angel

Kimberly was amazing! She helped us throughout the process - from helping us understand the different options to placing the order and tracking delivery. She also ensured to expedite the delivery so we could make our timeline.
The quartz slabs we bought were phenomenal! High quality and extremely beautiful. They upgraded the entire kitchen many fold and were completely worth it.

We recently purchased our glacier wave counter tops from Bay Stone Depot. Ken Eveland helped us select the quartzite we wanted. When we picked the quartzite, Ken displayed all the available GW's and let us pick the two we wanted which was very helpful. He also helped us deliver them to our fabricator which was great and very accommodative.

I was recommended by my contractor to shop at this place for tiles so I did. Selections are good with high price tags of course. Anyways, I trust my contractor therefore went ahead ordered the floor tiles that was marked “in stock”, and had the sales Leslie helped me to check to make sure it’s in stock before I order. They said yes it’s in stock for sure so I went back with my contractor and truck to pick it up a few days later. At first, the warehouse crew gave me boxes of completely different tiles, when I questioned he insisted that was it. So I went to talk to the manager Ken to make

Bay Stone Depot has an amazing selection of tile and stone slabs. It's easy to to spend several hours there wandering around. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a jumbo quartz slab which we had expertly fabricated by Francisco Morales. He did an excetional job. There are no visible seams and the pattern wraps perfectly over the edges.

We had an appointment to meet our designer at this showroom.
Fortunately we arrived early to peruse the store and view a lot of their offerings before meeting our designer.
One could really spend a lot of time here so I recommend that you have plenty of time on hand to view everything they have.
There are a few tables in the tile area for you to bring your samples together and view your collage of samples for your design.
The lighting in their store is okay

I worked with sales consultant Adriana Palomo. She was truly a brilliant representative. She had a great personality and fantastic ideas for the space I was creating in my home. I've gone to several places for tiles for my bathroom and several other businesses and the representatives literally ignored me as I walked through their stores. To have someone give the attention that she did was very refreshing. When I returned to pick up my tiles I had to make it a point to find and thank her for her service. I shared my ideas for my home with others in the store and they too were very receptive

Nice place with lots of tile and stone on display! We were a bit disappointed that in an hour spent in the showroom no one asked us if we needed help. Also one of the staff at the desk was wearing a mask inappropriately. It covered her mouth but not her nose! Bad idea these days. I likely will report this to the county health department... 😥

I'm giving this place a 3 because even though they a nice variety of products, the guy that helped us at the counter when we were inquiring seemed impatient and looked irritated; nothing about him reflected he wanted to help.
