We had a wonderful experience working with Bao. He was very patient with my wife and I as we decided on our style for our kitchen. He was able to provide unique, creative solutions for our specific kitchen. And his customer service didn't stop when we finished our order. We ran into multiple issues with our installer during the installation, and Bao was able to provide support throughout the process. We're very happy with our kitchen and with Bao and with Sincere! Would recommend!

Great services and nice quality products. I have been using Sincere Home Decor for my office since 2014. Their prices are very affordable but the products' qualities are very good. Yes, there were a couple hiccups at the beginning with the previous store manager but everything was taken care of smoothly after that. I came back at least six more times to buy more supplies for my office's expansion and remodeling. Their staff are all friendly and helpful. Bao Duong and Thinh are the ones directly helping me. They are very patient with me. I do not have any interior design or construction background

We recently got our "white" kitchen done. With regards to kitchen cabinets search we begun and ended with Sincere. With contractor discount the cabinets seemed reasonably priced and look good. We did receive some minor defects in the faces which were quickly replaced. The reason we were comfortable with Sincere is their customer service. Bao their store manager is always on top of communication. He meets by appointment making it a good use of your time. We met with him 2-4 times discussing our needs in detail. He helped change the layout and gave valuable suggestions. Very responsive

This review is long overdue for Sincere Cabinet and Thinh. We chose Sincere Cabinets after looking at many stores in the bay area. For us, it was the best decision to make because sincere had the best customer service best quality cabinets, and best designer in Thinh who helped us design a really good kitchen.
We chose the Liberty series Leeton model cabinets. The cabinets were of great quality we received our shipment without any problems and have been using the cabinet for about a month now and been really good no complaints. The quality of wood the hinges all were exceptional.

Big thanks to Bao Duong who helped us choose and deliver our kitchen cabinets and handles. He worked closely with us in the afternoon to go over all of our options, and having a 3D preview of the cabinet layout that we could tweak in real time was amazing!
We made our order in July and even during Covid-19 managed to have custom cabinets manufactured and delivered in just over a month. We were remodeling due to water damage in our kitchen (so our kitchen was completely unusable during the remodel) and Bao went out of his way to make sure our cabinets were delivered ASAP.

I ordered kitchen cabinet at Sincere to replace my old kitchen two years ago. I met Bao Duong, a store manager, who is knowledgeable, professional and very patient. He gave me advises and ideas and helped me a lot on designing my kitchen cabinet to fix with my current floor plan. My husband and I are so happy with his service and his responsiveness. We really love the way that Bao takes care of post- sale issue. When we have issue with our hinge after 2 yrs installation, he responded to my email right away and we got it replaced.

We had two home remodels in the past 4 years and both times we purchased cabinets from Bao at Sincere Home Decor. Working with Bao has been a dream since he is knowledgeable and professional. Also, their pricing is extremely competitive. We had quotes from the big box stores and we saved a few thousand going with Sincere Home Decor.
During our appointment Bao was patient, taking his time to show us multiple design options and give us quotes for different cabinet brands. We gave Bao information about our sinks and appliance choices and he knew what type of cabinet setup would be the most functional

I have to write this review for Mashal. Was in the middle of purchasing kitchen cabinet and friend referred me to this store to look for Omega.. Mashal spent at least 8-10 hours on me including reply emails on site meet and so on.
In the end, I choose another cabinet brand (which sincere decor doesn't carry) over Omega because Omega didn't carry much euro style cabinets. I told Mashal that I felt really guilty for the time/effort that he spent on my case but didn't materialize. He said that's okay as that's part of business and he is still willing to give me a lot of tips after that

This store has several locations and I've been to the ones in Oakland and Santa Clara. They have an attractive showroom which is nice to get ideas. I was looking for cabinets, tile, engineered hardwood and other home improvement items. The cost for cabinets and other items is lower than some stores but the quality is not as good. They don't let you have samples like most stores do which makes it inconvenient to shop (I like to see the sample flooring or tile next to my furniture or walls before buying).

Had a great experience working with Bao for my kitchen/bathroom cabinet upgrade (to Omega). He is very responsive and works quickly. He never pushed us for making the order. When I told him that we were not 100% sure about the spec of the kitchen in March he asked us to wait until our contractor started working on the kitchen and confirmed all the spec (although there was no change to the design). We finally ordered the cabinets in May after comparing to many other brands and stores. They offered good price and service.
