It's never too early to get your child started on the path toward a lifetime of good oral health, and there are many services we provide to do exactly that. Monitoring your child's dental growth and development, and preventing and intercepting dental diseases along the way, is a primary focus of our practice.
At the office of Rosanne Palermo, DMD, we take the oral health of our patients very seriously. We care for our patients as if they were members of our own family and offer a range of affordable dental services to help them maintain healthy smiles for years to come. We work hard to provide a warm and welcoming environment for every patient.

Dentistry is an art as well as a science; dental crowns offer a perfect example of this. A dental crown or "cap" is a covering that fits over a damaged, decayed or unattractive tooth. It can even replace a tooth entirely as part of dental bridgework. A crown completely covers a tooth above the gum line.
The dental implant is today's state-of-the-art tooth-replacement method. It consists of a very small titanium post (the actual implant), which is attached to a lifelike dental crown. The crown is the only part of this tooth-replacement system that is visible in your mouth. The implant itself rests beneath your gum line in the bony socket that used to hold your missing tooth.

As an employee of Dr. Palermo’s, it should be a given that I think she’s the best of the best!! Been working with her and the staff for 2 years now, couldn’t see myself working at any other dental office. Every patient and staff members is taken care of, not only with skills, state of the art equipment and knowledge, but also with heart and passion for what she loves!

I, like a lot of other people, have had very bad experiences with dentists. I knew I needed work done, but I was terrified. After extensive on-line research, I chose Dr. Palermo, hoping that the statement on her web site “Quality Care Without The Scare” was going to be true. I knew I needed a crown, and she advertises that these could be done in one visit, instead of the usual two. She also advertises laser technology for fillings, so no drills and no needles. I am so happy I found her!! I had the crown done in one visit! And as impossible as it sounds, I had a large cavity done quickly, with

Dr Palermo and her staff have been truly awesome. I have hated and feared dentists since I was a kid. Dr Palermo has a way of making you feel at ease so that the experience is not bad at all. She is patient and kind. The staff really makes you feel at home. I am so glad I found her and would recommend her to anybody for dental care, simple AND complex.

Very professional and thorough. The doctor, hygienist and dental assistants always explain whats going on with the procedure. The doctor gives me options when it comes to a major procedure and shows me in detail of what my condition is. Everyone there is so nice and I can go there knowing I am in good hands.
