Amy: Medical Assistant, has just started with Western Massachusetts Podiatry! I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Thursday mornings I travel to the Northampton office and finish my day at the East Longmeadow office. I have earned my certificate as a Certified Medical Coder, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach and I have many years of experience in all aspects of patient care.

I would just like to say this office does a great job. I had surgery on September 2nd for a bunion and they were taking very good care of me. Today on a Saturday I got my cast wet in the shower. It was drenched I had to call the office and leave a message for the doctor. The doctor called me back promptly Dr Sarage and met me at the doctor's office to change my bandage. Felt awful bothering the doctor on a Saturday morning but he was very polite and courteous and made me feel that I was not bothering him. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that needs foot surgery.

Katie who works in the billing department was extremely rude when I called to talk about my bill. My name was misspelled for my insurance company, and she told me that was “bullshit” and she had no sympathy for my concern. She could of cared less about me. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical office. She is extremely unprofessional and I never will go back to this place again.
