Our water heater went out unexpectedly and after struggling to get someone to come and check it out on such a short notice, we almost gave up but ended up calling JKB Plumbing. Not only did they manage to fit us into their tight schedule, but showed up fast and took an amazing care of us. Josh came out to fix our toilet. He was able to get us in within 24 hours of me calling and fixed the issue in the least invasive way possible.
Not only did he fix the problem, he educated us on how to fix smaller problems on our own in the future.

I have known Josh for a while. I have even worked with him on some plumbing jobs as a volunteer for somebody in our ward.

I had a main line replaced by Josh. It went well, The plumbing work itself went fine. As expected, the grass above was torn. These things I expected. What I did not expect was for the entire area to be messed up. There was dirt thrown a good 20 feet from the dig site killing the grass that has nothing to do with the job. I now have to pay to have it fixed. The grass at the dig site was also left uneven. It was so bad that I could actually stick my hand under the side walk. There was no leveling work done. It looked horrible and I don't understand how a professional can lack so much pride in
