Everyone was extremely courteous and professional from scheduling the appointment to the visit itself. They let me know half an hour prior to arrival which I appreciated. They found two minor issues and repaired them free of charge which was very kind. It sounds silly, but I also really appreciated that they were friendly to our pets. If we have issues again in the future we will definitely call Pando!

Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review. I had Pando do the plumbing work for my bathroom remodel. Just as the first time, they were prompt, friendly, and performed quality work. However, the price for their work this time was excessive. In fairness to them, they did give me an estimate, which I accepted, but the way they explained what they would be doing made it seem like a lot of work (I even asked to confirm they could finish it in the two days I had scheduled for it). In reality it only took the two of them 5 hours to complete the job with a labor cost of more than $2,000. That

They did return my phone call in a prompt manner Saturday morning and collected the information they needed from me. After realizing that there will be a $149 service fee just to come out on a Saturday or after hours, he convinced me to do it during their normal hours where a free diagnosis on the plumbing issue. He explained he has techs busy Monday early morning, and I had a few errands to run Monday late morning and won’t be back home until early afternoon. Pando Plumbing came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Jeff and his crew came and installed a water softener in our home. They were on time, tidy, professional, and explained the process as they went. They did not attempt to up-sell us on anything--which was a welcome relief. He also made some minor adjustments to our overall system so that we would have the right water pressure. Chris, the dispatcher did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of when Jeff would arrive and answered all of our questions. We will use Pando in the future for sure!! Thanks again.

Jeff and Miller came for a water pressure problem we were having. They were completely professional evaluating everything and finding exactly what needed to be done. Very affordable and did it same day. I highly recommend. Another company came out before them and didn’t really look at anything and said we should recipe the entire house for just $6200!!!! Or just a new water heater and pressure valve for $2600! Unbelievable! We paid under $400 and everything is working wonderful! Thanks Pando!!!

Amazing work! They solved the problem of my water heater which was not working for over 2 weeks. They had to change it for a new one, all under the guarantee with which I bought my house. I would recommend Pando Plumbing to anyone and everyone who needs plumbing work done!! We have used Pando Plumbing a few times and they have always been fantastic. Jeff really helped me out as my tenant had a bad leak in the kitchen. Even though it was after hours he was quick in response and fast to get to the home. He was able to get the leak stopped quickly and came back out early the next morning to provide a permanent fix. If this wasn't great enough the invoicing was extremely easy. I'll start with the positive first. They were responsive, came within 24 hours and did good work. However they get 2 stars for trying to rip me off by charging $950 for 2 hours of labor to install a 30" vanity in a powder bath. They wouldn't give me the price when I called since the plumber had to see it first in person. No custom built-in, no problems, didn't have to leave and come back. I had everything except the p-trap and tubing with is $30 at most per Home Depot's website. What's worse is the plumber (who is the owner) refused to break down the cost at first

I called Pando plumbing based off these reviews online. Both techs showed up on time and explained everything to me in great detail. They fixed my leaking pipe quick and the work looked to be quality work. They also showed me where the previous plumber and hardware had failed and why it did. After the pipe was fixed, they walked around to open up the faucets to get the air out of the lines and noticed some dirty hard water coming out of my kitchen faucet. They took it apart and cleaned it (which they didn't need to do) and when they put it back together it wouldn't stop leaking.

I was so thrilled with the professionalism and thoughtfulness that these craftsmen displayed. They came out to give an estimate (they were very late, coming from another appointment, but the phone correspondent was very active at giving me updates) and were able to look at all everything, and thoughtfully consider what needed to be done depending on the life of certain appliances and long-term vs short-term advantages (relating all the information to me, allowing me to decide how I wanted to proceed).
