Tim grew up working on and building houses with his uncle and Father. He graduated from Sutherlin High School, and then joined the Navy. There he served 11 years while being assigned to; the Navy's Presidential Guard, stationed at the Pentagon, deployed twice on the USS Ingraham to the Persian Gulf, and then finally at a repair depot for Gas Turbine engines.

After the Navy, Tim went to work for GE as a technical advisor to the repair and installation of gas turbines where he ultimately ended up teaching best maintenance practices. In his spare time, as a hobby and creative outlet, Tim remodeled every house he owned, in multiple states including Washington, Idaho, Texas, and Oregon.

We have the experience, creative design and passion to make your ideas reality and you the envy of your neighborhood. Time to remodel your bathroom? With planning you can update your vanity, sinks, faucets, tub, shower, flooring, lighting, storage, paint or tile. We look forward to serving your bathroom renovation needs.
Installation of a deck is more difficult than a patio. Supporting structures for the deck need to be cemented into deep holes drilled into the ground, and additional considerations need to be made for properly attaching the deck to your home. A deck can be built on land that isn't level, making this an excellent choice for uneven yards or sloping landscapes.
When you look at a remodeled kitchen, certain features stand out - stainless steel kitchen appliances, an open and light-filled design, the island or cabinets and hard-surface counter tops. In a recent survey of the choices homeowners are making in designing new kitchens and baths, two particular types of counter tops stand out among the options, "granite" and "quartz" counter tops.
It is largely a matter of personal taste. But when you are deciding whether you want a shower or a bathtub in your most personal space, there are several factors to consider. There is no simple answer to the question of which is more energy and cost efficient, a shower or a bathtub. An average bathtub holds between 25 and 40 gallons of water, but the typical bath is about 30 gallons, allowing for the body's displacement of water.
Bathroom remodels can be challenging due to the general size. However the advantage is that smaller spaces can be less expensive while having a high positive impact to resale as well as getting that space to relax at the end of the day. This kitchen was very large and very involved. We replaced two windows, large 4-cabinet island, tile floor, refrigerator cabinet, Pot filler, granite counter tops, and triple stacked crown molding.
