Called Genesis to have my carpets cleaned. My oldest son finally moved out of the house so spend a whole week cleaning as a present for my wife on Mother's Day. I booked the appointment for a two hour window from 12:00pm-2:00pm and they were on time. We had one of our dogs urinate in the living room and they were able to eliminate any lingering odors. The most impressive result however, was that the 10 year old carpet looked like it was just installed after they were done! We had our carpets cleaned by Jonathan. He was somewhat late upon arrival, due to scheduling. Jonathan was pleasant and explained his plan. The carpets came out quite nice and I would definitely use them again for all my cleaning issues and I would highly recommend using them.

These guys are fantastic; they go above and beyond to get your carpet as perfect as it could possibly be. Every challenge I ask them to take on, they put their all into, the results look perfect to me, and they apologize they couldn’t get it better. I’m never going to use another carpet cleaning service.
