Melfi messed up my partial crown. I can’t bite on my left side without pain. Went back in twice to try to get it fixed and same problem. Then he recommended other procedures that would inevitably cost more and I was already fed up with his mistake to begin with. Go here for the spa. Don’t go here for teeth work. Careless, rushed, and doesn’t put the patient’s health and safety as a priority.

Dr Melfi and his staff are awesome. I am sensitive to one of the medicines used when numbing and had a moment during my procedure where I needed to take a break. Dr Melfi kindly stopped what he was doing an allowed me a few moments and explain what was happened. I really appreciated the fact he took the time to acknowledge what was happening and explain why it was happening. Even though I still don't care for the dentist going to this office has made it a little easier to go to the dentist. I believe if I would have had the same experiences at other dentist offices, I would feel a little better

Dr Melfi and his staff are all amazing. The ambiance of the office is so relaxing and as soon as you walk in the door your nerves start calming down. His staff are all highly knowledgeable and always pleasant and welcoming. Dr Melfi takes his time and explains everything he’s doing or needs to do. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with myself and my families oral health!

Was referred to Dr Melfi because of jaw pain and not being able to open my mouth! I saw him on Thursday and on Saturday I am almost fully recovered. Everyone there is very nice and the surroundings are beautiful. It's like being in an upscale art gallery! The treatment is very interesting and they are available for any questions or concerns you may have, even giving out Dr Melfi's cell phone number. I highly recommend!

5 Stars!! I had my first appointment today. I must say I was quite impressed. The staff is amazing, everyone is so professional, caring and friendly. They made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. The atmosphere is like none other, very clean, relaxing, comfortable massage chairs and some very high tech equipment. The Dr was very pleasant… and friendly too! My hygienist was patient, kind and very good with my cleaning. At the end of my visit I got a goody bag and a Starbucks Bottled drink! They really do go above and beyond to make you feel important and that they care. I&rsquo

Went as a first time client as an emergency- Dr Melfi was super nice and made me feel comfortable and found the cause of the problem and took care of it immediately. Everyone was accommodating and friendly from the start. I came there in pain and nervous, and left as a new client and even switched my daughter over to them! So happy I found them!! A+ service and a beautiful place to boot!

Was made to feel at ease from the time I set foot in the door until I left to go home. Nothing frightening about this dental office. They mix modern technology with Holistic health and wellness. The lobby has complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi. When I left I was given a 1st time thank you gift. Housed in the same building was a business called the Silver Hippopotamus which is like a "pickers" flee market. Today was the first time I have ever left the dentist feeling wonderful!!

I went to Dr. Melfi on a first time "emergency" basis. They took me right away and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in - the spa is absolutely beautiful; the staff greets you and explains what is going to be done; the staff and Dr. Melfi are great - they treat you like you are the most important person. From the massage chairs, the music piped in, the tv in the rooms to Dr. Melfi, I will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you for such a welcoming experience!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff! I was at the Bristol location the first couple times and went to the seekonk for the first time recently and it’s GORGEOUS. Makes you feel so relaxed and I trust them fully! With a history of some bad dental experiences in my past, the switch has been amazing
