Burruss Mill Falls is always happy to perform your ceremony, or welcome your own wedding officiant. Burruss Mill Falls' resident wedding officiant is Gray Smith. Gray is an ordained minister, and can perform faith based or secular ceremonies as needed. Mr Smith believes being an ordained minister is one of the greatest blessings in his life, and is always available to the couple, not only as an officiant, but also a thoughtful and helpful friend.

We were looking for a place we could get married for just the two of us. Gray is absolutely a good Christian man and called us back right away. We were thrilled when we got there and made a friend for life. Burress Mill could not have been more perfect. We had a wonderful day looking at the waterfall and the rest of the property. I can not thank Gray enough for doing this for us.

Burruss Mill Falls was such a beautiful secluded venue for our wedding. We were looking for a venue and a Christian Minister for just the two of us to get married. My husband found this venue online. Mr Gray Smith called us back within minutes of our call. Our original plan for our wedding fell through unexpectedly. We were so grateful we were able book this venue for the same date we had planned originally. The falls on the property were a beautiful backdrop for photos. I visited this venue a year before my wedding. The owner verbally confirmed that he could reserve the wedding date for us. Throughout the next 8 months I repeatedly called and texted asking if he was ready to send me a contract. Two months before the wedding he texted me and said that he could no longer host our wedding due to him having surgery. He said that no one else could open the door to the building for us. We had the most wonderfully intimate wedding at Burruss Mill Falls, officiated by Gray Smith who welcomed us like family from the first time we talked over the phone! The setting was even more spectacular than we'd imagined and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and special experience than the one we shared with Gray and photographer Gary Zuyus. Fell in love with the Burrus Mill Falls the moment we got there. Private secluded location was perfect for our small intimate wedding ceremony. The scenery by the waterfalls is beautiful; surrounded with various flowers, bushes tall trees giving it a rustic touch. Gray made us feel welcome and was helpful and kind throughout the whole experience. Burrus Mill will forever hold a special place in my heart.
