Laura is a W.I.T.S. Certified personal trainer and Lifestyle Wellness Coach, and an I.S.S.A. certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and she recently became certified in Senior Fitness. She is now working on becoming an I.S.S.A. certified Master Trainer. Laura has been personal training since 2012 and this past May she opened her own private, personal training studio, #strong.
She has a love for ALL things health and fitness related and a true passion for guiding others on their personal pathway through the continuum of good health and to drive others toward intrinsic behavior change- through the use of two basic tools; Fitness and Nutrition. Laura aspires to educate and train as many people as possible in hopes of halting the spread of chronic disease and obesity and to empower others to be #strong.
