This business is one of the best we've ever used. Our ages are 81 and 76 and since we were stranded 75 miles from home with our little dog, we didn't know where to turn. Another business recommend Cantrell Service Center and gave us the phone number.
When I called, a friendly reassuring voice told me that she would take care of us. A wrecker was sent to get the car and she came to get us and take us to the shop. While we were waiting for our water pump and hose to be replaced, she kept us informed of the progress on the repair and offered a variety of complimentary snacks.

Cantrell Service Center is a top-notch business with knowledgeable staff and honest pricing. I have tried other places for general maintenance but nothing compares. I drive out of my way just so they can take care of my car. Trustworthy and not trying to fix things that don’t need to be fixed. Will be the only place I go for any vehicle services, tires and oil changes.

This place was awesome and surpassed all of my expectations. They were courteous and professional. They were upfront about everything and kept in contact with me and sent updates by email, including pictures of my truck and links to info, and called me to update me as well. I feel the price of parts and labor was very fairly priced. Maybe I got lucky but service was also incredibly fast too. The also have a courteous shuttle which was nice. I am extremely satisfied with my service and would recommend to anyone.
