Every single time I've taken my car there. They fix the problem but a bigger problem follows right after and they are very rude unprofessional gauge price if you're a female. We had a tire coming apart on the interstate going from Dallas TX back to Tennessee. We called The tire shoppe and she told us they had two at their warehouse and needed to know if we wanted them because the warehouse closed in 30 min. We said yes. When we got there we paid for them and she sent us to another tire shop to mount them because she had a super long wait. Very good experience!

Really wish I didn't even have to give one star but the only satisfactory aspect of this place are a couple of the mechanics. I'm not sure if everyone else who has left a review are friends or colleagues but working for the BBB I have seen some shady things but this place is icing on the cake.
I stopped at this location as a Web Reviewer for the BBB on 01/19/2021 they seemed to be very busy (many people, not many cars) but very few cars were actually being finished in a timely manner.
I saw more than a few shady dealings in the parking lot during my few hours there as well with cars pulling in

If I could give them less than 1 Star, I would. Disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional. I purchased 4 new tires and they weren’t able to do an alignment so I had to come back. I drove the care for about twenty days and the car started bouncing and pulling to the right. I called and was told to bring it in that day so I did. They let other people who came in after me go before me. Christina continued to lye and tell me I was next but they continued to let other people with big rims go ahead of me. If you don’t have big rims you will be looked over.

They did a very good job on my truck 2013 toyota tacoma. I had toyo open country M/T picked out and they talked me into the R/T because I will be on the highway more then offroad. They have free rotation and balance. Also they do a free alignment when you buy four tires awesome place to buy tires from.
