We have lived here for well over a year now and we adore this place. The office is always more than accomadating and I've always had any issues or troubles quickly addressed. The place is extremely nice. The only issues I have had are regarding some of the tentants and kids being loud in the parking lot at night, but these are common issues in any apartment complex.

I relocated to Asheville NC and I was referred by my coworker, I came to Greymont for a tour band I didn’t turn back. The staff is AMAZING, especially Brett. There are not enough words to express my thanks to him. From day 1 he has made my move effortlessly in such a genuine way, even after being here for a month, he is still checking on me and providing the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. Again, the apartments are like a home ; spacious, beautiful views and convenient location and the entire staff has been 100% the best!!!!

I recently moved here and am very impressed with the excellent level of service I received during my application process. Ryley was extremely attentive and responsive to my requests for information and expertly guided me through the process. The grounds and amenities are lovely, and my unit was clean and prepared prior to my move in. A+ experience, thus far. I highly recommend.

We were residents at Greymont Village Apartments for 3 years and it was a good experience. We were some of the first residents to move in at this complex and the apartments were really nice and spacious and the community itself was lovely. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because we were charged at move out for a few paint chips and a mark beside the microwave. All normal wear and tear things for living there for 3 years. So I would say it’s a great place to live just watch the move out process because they will charge you for super small things just to keep your deposit.

The overall experience, so far, has been great. The front office personnel are top-notch. Especially, Brett. He goes above and beyond expectations and is always willing to answer questions and assist with any requests. He’s definitely an asset to the complex.

Beautiful apartment complex! My boyfriend and I have lived here for a few months and we absolutely love it! It’s a super convenient location and it’s well kept. Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and get the job done. We are really happy here!

This place used to be a good place to live. The last three months they have forced new rules and threatened fines that have not been present the past two years I've lived here. You can't decorate the patio with flowers anymore or else you'll get fined, you can have too much trash for pick up (which they force you to subscribe to) or else you'll get fined and they will not pick up your trash anymore, they want to store your dog's DNA and they don't give you any storage room and will fine you for storing it on your patio. Don't waste your money here. It may be one of the newer apartments in Asheville

My family and I moved here from out of state and we couldn’t have asked for a better transition. Ryley and Brett were super helpful in answering all of our questions prior to (and even after) moving in. We also love all the amenities offered to us here. We’ve lived here for about a month now and we love everything about the area and so far have no complaints, I would highly recommend Greymont!

Greymont is a wonderful living location and the amenities are just the cherry on top. The rooms are spacious and well kept with quality fixtures. The staff is also very helpful. We had Riley who made the whole move in process really easy for us. He kept things going smoothly and before we knew it we we're ready to move in.

Greymont has been an exceptional experience for us so far. The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, the grounds are very well kept, the amenities are a real treat, and the staff is kind and responsive! My boyfriend and I moved here from across the country, sight unseen, and Ryley (and Brett) provided such incredible service to us as we figured out all the details from afar. We crossed our fingers that we would like it once we landed in person, but the place has exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend Greymont highly enough.

The noise is terrible--constantly barking dogs, neighbors yelling in the hallways and parking lot, people on the floor below us running and stomping around their apartment at all hours. Smoke free? Nah, not so much. We complained about our neighbors smoking and nothing happened. Everything looks luxurious, but is actually the cheap stuff that will photograph well. Way overpriced for the atmosphere and fixtures, the "amenities" were consistently unavailable (even before COVID), the front gate which you are paying a premium for worked for about a week, a solid year after we moved in.
