Not very professional but this is where my insurance made me go for my windshield. They didn't calibrate the windshield correctly, didn't bother to test drive the car! My safety features didn't work at all. After speaking to a manager she offered to have me take the car to an actual dealer and they paid for the work to be done properly. She actually acknowledged that there were more than one ways to calibrate the car and wanted to come to my house and see if they could "figure it out" at my home? Why didn't you "figure it out " before you finished the car? Why don't they actually test drive the

I was referred to them by my insurance company. It was a smooth and easy process.
I have a high end vehicle and was worried about it not being repaired correctly but, my car looks and functions as good as new.

What I actually want to do is give these crooks NO STARS.
I'm speaking directly to the company here:
You replaced our broken windshield with a KNOCK OFF.
It cracked only a couple months after you installed it.
When we called to complain saying we have a warranty FROM YOU, you said it was not acceptable.
I'm not letting this go. Its not about the $250 we paid for a knock off. Its about the fact that you are CHEATING PEOPLE.
THEY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO CRACK A FEW MONTHS AFTER INSTALLING. and you are supposed to HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.
Now for the good people who are looking for real reviews for

DON'T GO HERE!! It's a scam. I had two minor chips in the windshield. It should have been no big deal. They quoted the price - I signed the waiver. The problem is that the chips are still visible. I complained. The girl at the counter tried to explain that they seal the chips, yes they will still be visible but they are not supposed to spread. WHAT??? I have had chips fixed previously with other cars, you should never be able to see them after the repair. The tech said he tried, but it didn't quite work - but I could apply the amount towards a new windshield. I don't want nor should I have needed

Had a great experience with OC Glass. After being referred to OC Glass Craft by my insurance agent, Shawna set up a quick three-way call with state farm to get the claim approved. After it was approved we scheduled for them to come out to my work the very next morning.
Rudy came on time and replaced my windshield in less than 45 minutes. Awesome work, and left no mess on or inside the car. Big thanks to OC Glass and their professional crew. They made this so easy.
