The outside and building were pretty rundown. Holes were in the ceiling of the hallway. The elevator seemed a little sketchy to be honest. It worked but don’t get too many people in there at the same time… I’m guessing because of how close they are to the ocean that has something to do with the issues. But the Airbnb that my family had was very nice inside. And the staff seemed nice. It’s a gated community. There’s also a gate to the beach and boardwalk that needs a key. They do have security patrols as well.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you. Condos are beautiful, well taken care of. Our stay, both last year, and this year has been great! Grills on premises for outdoor cooking, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, with everything you need to play at the office. Employees courteous and helpful. Very short walk to the beach. Only reason not 4 stars is outside of building does need an update.

Very disappointing. Our fridge/freezer didn't work very well so we kept things in coolers. Our A/C went out. They were always out of towels and the elevators were very slow. The shower was so clogged that we had to stand in inches of water even if just rinsing off. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen had some dishes but I don't think we'll ever stay here again.

We rented condo # 230 for a few days in mid-May 2013. The condo was obviously not ready for us to arrive as there was an array of construction tools and supplies on the balcony. We called the office and they took care of the mess in a very timely manner. The condo was spacious and had a nice view of the ocean but was overpriced in my opinion. I probably will not stay here again.
