We perform a visual inspection to identify any significant deficiencies of the accessible systems and components of the home. We inform you of any conditions that are unsafe, in need of repair or replacement, or that need your attention. I highly recommend Dan. He was a very thorough, professional home inspector and though I had a lot of question he was helpful and patient addressing them. His report was very detailed and took great photos to explain the issues found during the inspection, with no shortcuts. I agree with Bob L's review on 5/27/2016.

Dan inspected my first home. The inspection was very thorough and professional. He went extra mile to inspect the garage, pavement of the parking lot, boiler room, etc. He patiently explained every detail of the item inspected and provided professional suggestions. I highly recommend every home buyer to work with Dan. Job well done!!!
