My apartments use this payment system and its faulty.
Will not take debit card payments. Tried multiple different cards.
Decided to do a payment with a direct bank account payment. copied and pasted the account and routing number directly from the bank login account. couple days later get an email with payment declined. something did not go through on profitstars website and bank shows no record of the attempt charge and I am been charged penalties for late payment now of $155.
Terrible company with bad service.
