You don't have to tell a trial attorney how expensive litigation is. What is the most compelling reason to hire our firm to assist you in your pre-trial evaluation of your potential client's cases? Only a physician can render a medical opinion in supporting statements made in pre-trial documentation.

Value is added in discussion of causation, clear and concise discussion of mechanism of injury, discussion of functional loss, future medical expenses, backing up opinions from the current medical literature, procuring expert witnesses for trial/deposition and from years of experience providing direct patient care.

As founder and principal of Midwest Physicians Medical Legal Consulting I am embarking on the next phase of my career in medicine as a medical legal consultant. I retired in early 2017 after 37 years of practice in Madison, Wisconsin, having spent the first half of my career in private practice and the last 20 years at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
In personal injury (PI), workers' compensation (WC) medical malpractice (Med Mal) and social security (SS) disability cases the core document is the Medical Summary Report (MSR). The MSR is based on a meticulous review of the case, an interview with the client and a review of the medical literature.
Billing is monthly and/or at the presentation of the final written report. Bills are payable within 14 days of presentation. Fees are per hour, calculated in 15 min increments. Our first collaboration will be discounted by waiving Midwest Physicians Medical Legal Consulting's initial five hours of billable time.
